Introduction

Welcome to Journal Easy, a mobile application developed and operated by Riot Rocket LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Journal Easy mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum required age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity occurring under your account.

2. User Content

  • You retain ownership of any text, notes, journal entries, or other content you create and upload to the App ("User Content").
  • By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
  • You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), are owned by Riot Rocket LLC.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without our prior written consent.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App's security or operation.
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the App.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riot Rocket LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruptions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
